The history of Stratford Estate traces back to 1997 when a consortium led by the 5th Avenue Property Group acquired Portion 1 of Plot 37 Broadacres A.H. alongside neighboring properties. Spearheaded by property developers and professionals, including the late Nicholas Langley, the consortium envisioned transforming farmland into a vibrant residential and commercial hub. Despite initial challenges, including plans for proposed highways and the rural nature of the area, the development gained momentum.

Stratford Gardens, Forest, and Way Office Park emerged, each named with a Shakespearian theme, paying homage to the renowned playwright’s birthplace. The estate quickly attracted residents, and with carefully curated architectural guidelines and shared amenities, the estate flourished, epitomizing a harmonious blend of community and sophistication.
